Coin & Unlock Terms

ChkFlix is a coin-based streaming and shopping service. There is no monthly membership and no recurring subscription plan. You can start watching right away, buy coins when you need them, and unlock titles with those coins.

1. How watching works

Guests and signed-in viewers can browse movies and series and start playback immediately. Paid titles include a free preview of about 20% of the title, or the free-episode window shown for a series. After the preview ends, coins unlock the rest of that title.

2. Coins

Coins are digital credits used only on ChkFlix to unlock movies and series. They have no cash value outside ChkFlix, are not transferable, and are not a subscription. You can buy coin packs with a payment method, including as a guest using your email address. Signing in later lets you keep that wallet on your account.

3. Unlocking content

Unlocking a movie or series deducts the coin price shown on that title. Unlocks stay with the wallet or account that paid for them. Once content is unlocked, the coins spent are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

4. Payments

Coin packs and Marketplace orders are one-time payments. ChkFlix does not charge a recurring membership fee. A saved card is optional and is used only when you choose to buy coins or complete a shop order.

5. Marketplace

LiveIt and Marketplace purchases are separate from coin unlocks. Product orders follow checkout, shipping, and the refund rules shown at purchase.

6. Changes

Coin pack prices and unlock costs may change. Changes do not affect titles you have already unlocked or coin packs you have already bought.
