Comprehensive Subscription Agreement
1. Purchasing Coins
Users can purchase CHKFLIX coins using real money through the online payment methods made available by
CHKFLIX or its authorized payment providers.
Before completing a purchase, the applicable coin pack, price, and payment amount will be displayed to you.
Once the payment is successfully completed, the purchased coins will be credited to your CHKFLIX account.
2. Using Coins
Coins can be used to unlock eligible Content available on CHKFLIX.
The number of coins required to unlock Content may vary depending on the movie, series, episode, or other
Content. The applicable coin requirement will be displayed before you confirm the unlock.
Coins can only be used within CHKFLIX and cannot be used as a general form of payment outside the
platform.
3. Free Content
CHKFLIX provides certain Content that users can access without using coins.
For eligible movies, users may watch the free portion of the movie before coins are required to continue
watching.
For eligible series, one episode may be available free of charge, after which coins may be required to unlock
additional episodes.
Free-access availability may vary by Content and may be changed by CHKFLIX.
4. Unlocking Content
When you choose to unlock Content using coins, the required number of coins will be deducted from your
CHKFLIX account.
You will be able to see the applicable coin requirement before confirming the unlock.
An unlock does not transfer ownership of the Content to you. It provides access to the Content through
CHKFLIX, subject to these Terms and the availability of the Content.
5. Coin Balance
Your available coin balance is associated with your CHKFLIX account.
You are responsible for reviewing your coin balance and transaction history. If you believe that your balance or
a coin transaction is incorrect, please contact CHKFLIX support with the relevant transaction details.
6. Coin Restrictions
CHKFLIX coins:
• Are virtual digital items used within CHKFLIX.
• Are purchased using real money.
• Cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
• Cannot normally be transferred between users.
• Cannot be sold or traded.
• Cannot be redeemed outside CHKFLIX.
• Do not represent ownership of any movie, series, episode, or other Content.
7. Pricing and Changes
CHKFLIX may change coin-pack prices, coin requirements, promotional offers, or available Content from time
to time.
The applicable price and coin requirement displayed at the time of purchase or unlock will apply to that
transaction.
8. Payment Issues
If a payment is unsuccessful, coins may not be credited to your account.
If your payment has been successfully charged but the purchased coins have not been credited, please contact
CHKFLIX support with your transaction details so the issue can be reviewed.
9. Changes to Coin & Unlock Terms
CHKFLIX may update these Coin & Unlock Terms from time to time.
Any updated version will include a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the CHKFLIX coin system
after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted
by applicable law.
